Homes

Houses we’ve restored.

Three old Ojai houses, and what we did with each one.

Ojai Woodland: a dark-sided ranch house with a red brick chimney under an old oak

Ojai Woodland

Style: Ranch Modern

A complete restoration, from the studs to the landscaping. White oak paneling and plaster make it bright but cozy.

Ojai East End: a restored ranch house seen across the pool at dusk

Ojai East End

Style: Ranch Modern

An old ranch house, brought up to date with walnut and terrazzo. We restored the inside and landscaped the whole lot, pool deck included.

Ojai Gridley: a great room under a vaulted plank ceiling with skylights

Ojai Gridley

Style: Cottage
Built: 1930s

A 1930s ranch, turned into a cottage. We redesigned the floor plan with a full gut renovation and turned the garage into an ADU.
